As an entrepreneur, launching a business or being self-employed is quite exciting. However, before getting started, every business should be registered to be able to successfully scale. Plan on registering on your own? Here are the requirements you’ll need to prepare for each business entity.

  • Marriage Certificate (if married)

  • 2×2 Picture of the Owner

  • List of Employees/ Affidavit of no Employee

A business address located in a commercial district is required. You will need:


  • Notarized Lease Contract from Lessor

  • Occupancy Permit

  • Photos of the Office

  • Locational Map / Vicinity Map

  • Affidavit of no of Employees

  • Tenancy Certificate from Lessor

  • Certificate of Non-Gaming from Lessor

Freelancer

NON – PROFESSIONAL


  • TIN Number

  • Birth Certificate

  • Any valid Government issued ID.

  • Marriage Certificate (if married)

NON – PROFESSIONAL


  • Government issued ID bearing the residence address where he/she will register.

  • Notarized Lease Contract from Lessor(if using office address)
